Acyuta Consulting LLP
Last updated: 26 June 2026
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Acyuta Consulting LLP (“Acyuta”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data when you interact with our services, including The Anchored Lens and any other service we offer. It applies wherever you engage with us, including through our website, intake forms, scheduling tools, and direct communication.
This policy is published in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025.
2. What Personal Data We Collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- Identity and contact information: your name, email address, and phone number, typically provided through an intake form.
- Engagement details: the situation, question, or context you choose to share with us as part of booking or receiving a service. This may include sensitive personal information depending on what you choose to disclose; we collect only what you voluntarily provide.
- Payment information: limited information needed to confirm payment, such as transaction ID and amount. Your card, UPI, or bank details are collected and processed directly by our payment partner, our licensed payment gateway partner, and are never stored by us.
- Scheduling information: details needed to confirm and manage a booking, processed through our scheduling tool, Cal.com.
- Communications: any correspondence you send us by email or WhatsApp in connection with a service.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18 years of age. Our services are intended for adults.
3. How We Use Your Data
We process your personal data to:
- Review your submission and decide whether we can take on the engagement.
- Schedule, deliver, and follow up on a session or written response.
- Process payment for a service.
- Respond to questions or concerns you raise.
- Meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
We do not use your personal data for advertising, and we do not sell or rent it to any third party.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your personal data on the basis of your consent, given when you submit an intake form or otherwise engage our services, and, where applicable, to perform the contract formed once you book and pay for a service. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to support@acyutaconsulting.com. Withdrawal will not affect processing already carried out, and may affect our ability to continue delivering a service already in progress.
5. Who We Share Your Data With
We share personal data only with the service providers necessary to deliver our services: our payment gateway, our scheduling tool, and our form provider. Each processes data under its own privacy policy and only for the purpose of enabling that function. Some of these providers may store or process data outside India; where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your data continues to receive an appropriate level of protection.
We do not share your personal data with any other third party except where required by law, by a valid court order, or by a competent government or regulatory authority.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to deliver the service and meet our legal obligations, generally for 3 years from the date of your last engagement with us, in line with the limitation period for contract-related claims under Indian law, unless a longer period is required for tax, accounting, or legal purposes. Where we intend to erase your data following a period of inactivity, we will notify you at least 48 hours in advance, as required under applicable law.
7. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data, including restricting access to the information you share to the individuals who need it to deliver the service. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:
- Request a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it is processed.
- Correct or update inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Request erasure of your data, subject to our legal retention obligations.
- Withdraw your consent at any time.
- Nominate another individual to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity.
- Raise a grievance with us, and if unresolved, escalate it to the Data Protection Board of India.
To exercise any of these rights, write to support@acyutaconsulting.com. We will respond within a reasonable time, and in any event within the period prescribed under applicable law.
9. Grievance Officer
For any privacy-related question, concern, or grievance, write to support@acyutaconsulting.com. We aim to acknowledge grievances within 7 business days.
10. Cookies and Website Analytics
This website does not use tracking cookies beyond what is strictly necessary for it to function.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or in applicable law. The version published on our website at the time of your engagement applies to that engagement. We will notify you directly of any material change where appropriate.
