Terms and Conditions

Acyuta Consulting LLP

Last updated: 26 June 2026

1. About these Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of any service offered by Acyuta Consulting LLP, a limited liability partnership registered under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 and LLPIN ACP-9694 (“Acyuta”, “we”, “us”, “our”). Acyuta operates under brand names including The Anchored Lens and ParallX, and offers advisory, diagnostic, and consulting services of varying formats and scale. These Terms apply across every service Acyuta offers, regardless of brand name, unless a specific service or engagement is governed by its own written agreement that expressly overrides a particular clause.

By booking an engagement, submitting a form, signing a proposal, making a payment, or otherwise engaging any service offered by Acyuta, you (“you”, “your”, “client”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not engage any service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Indian law to engage any service offered by Acyuta. By engaging a service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Nature of the Services

3.1 Acyuta provides advisory, diagnostic, and consulting services drawing on the experience and judgement of its partners and any contracted specialists. The specific format, scope, and deliverables of a given service, whether a conversation, a written response, a structured diagnostic engagement, or any other format, are set out on the relevant service page, or in the proposal, statement of work, or commercial agreement specific to that engagement.

3.2 These services are not, and should not be understood as, legal advice, financial advice, medical advice, psychological or therapeutic treatment, career placement, recruitment, or any other regulated professional service. If you need advice in any of those areas, please seek it from a professional licensed in that field.

3.3 No specific outcome, result, or decision is promised or guaranteed in connection with any engagement. Any decision you make following an engagement is made entirely at your own discretion and is your sole responsibility.

3.4 Acyuta may decline, discontinue, or redirect an engagement at its sole discretion, including where the matter raised falls outside the scope of the service, requires a licensed professional, or involves a risk to safety. Where an engagement is declined before it begins, any payment made will be refunded in full.

4. Booking and Payment

4.1 Services are engaged through the process described for that service, which may include a self-service booking flow with an intake form, a payment link, and scheduling through a third-party tool, or, for larger engagements, a proposal, scoping discussion, and a signed commercial agreement.

4.2 All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless stated otherwise.

4.3 Where payment is collected through a self-service flow, it is processed through a licensed third-party payment gateway. Acyuta does not store your card, UPI, or bank account details; these are handled directly by the payment processor under its own terms and privacy policy. For larger engagements, payment terms are set out in the relevant proposal or agreement.

4.4 A self-service engagement is confirmed once payment has been received and, where applicable, a session has been scheduled. A larger engagement is confirmed once the relevant proposal or agreement has been signed by both parties.

5. Confidentiality

5.1 Your confidentiality. Anything you share with Acyuta in the course of an engagement, including the details of your situation, will not be disclosed to any third party, used as a case study, or referenced in any public material, without your specific prior written consent. This obligation survives the end of the engagement.

5.2 Acyuta’s confidentiality. Any response, perspective, or material provided to you is for your private use. You agree not to publish, distribute, reproduce, or attribute it to Acyuta or its advisors by name in any public forum without prior written consent.

5.3 This clause does not restrict disclosure required by law, by a valid court order, or by a competent government or regulatory authority.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Any framework, written material, or original content created by Acyuta as part of an engagement remains Acyuta’s intellectual property. You receive a personal, non-exclusive licence to use it for your own purposes; you may not resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit it.

6.2 You retain ownership of the information you share with Acyuta. By sharing it, you grant Acyuta a limited licence to use it solely to deliver the engagement.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

7.1 For services booked through a self-service flow, such as a single session or a written response, Acyuta’s services are built around the advisor’s time and considered attention, which are consumed at the point of delivery. As a result:

If Acyuta is unable to deliver a confirmed engagement, whether a scheduled session or a written response, a full refund will be issued.

For a scheduled session, you may cancel up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled time are not eligible for a refund, except at Acyuta’s discretion.

For a written submission, you may request a full refund any time before Acyuta has begun working on your submission. Once that work has begun, the engagement is in progress and is non-refundable.

Once a session has taken place, or a written response has been delivered, the engagement is complete and is non-refundable.

7.2 Refunds, where applicable, are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time, typically 7 to 10 business days.

7.3 For larger or negotiated engagements, including diagnostic or consulting engagements delivered under ParallX, payment terms, milestones, and cancellation or refund conditions are set out in the proposal, statement of work, or commercial agreement specific to that engagement. Where no such terms are specified, the defaults in 7.1 apply.

8. Indemnity and Limitation of Liability

8.1 You acknowledge that you are engaging Acyuta for its time, experience, and considered judgement, not for a guaranteed outcome. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Acyuta Consulting LLP, its partners, employees, and any contracted advisors, against any claim, loss, damage, or liability arising out of or in connection with the advice given, the perspective shared, or any decision you make as a result of the engagement.

8.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Acyuta’s aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the total fees you paid for that specific engagement.

8.3 Acyuta is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss of income, opportunity, or business, arising from your use of its services.

9. Force Majeure

Acyuta is not liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations where this arises from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including illness, natural disaster, government action, or internet or telecommunications failure. Where a scheduled engagement cannot be delivered for such a reason, it will be rescheduled or refunded at your choice, or otherwise addressed under the terms of the specific agreement governing that engagement.

10. Termination

10.1 Acyuta may decline or end an engagement at any point if it determines that the matter raised is outside the scope of its services, requires a licensed professional, or poses a risk to any party’s safety or wellbeing.

10.2 Where an engagement is ended by Acyuta before delivery, any fees paid for that engagement are refunded in full.

11. Grievance Redressal

If you have a concern about an engagement or about these Terms, write to support@acyutaconsulting.com. We aim to acknowledge grievances within 7 business days and resolve them within a reasonable time thereafter, and in any event within the period prescribed under applicable law.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

12.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

12.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or an engagement will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties for thirty (30) days. If unresolved, the dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

14. Amendments

Acyuta may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on its website or shared with you at the time you engage a service is the version that applies to that engagement.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any service-specific terms and the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Acyuta regarding the services, and supersede any prior discussion or understanding on the subject.
